Oooohhhh... my favourite as well but so far not many stalls made good soup for this simple dish. I have some fish balls, chicken strips and some pork... if not mistaken. Can't remember coz I made this last week.
Prepared the soup base in the wee hours of the morning. Let it boil slowly in the crockpot with a few large pig bones. You need all these in order to make the soup tasty.
If I can wrap dumplings, I surely have no problems rolling meatballs. I like this~!
