Hong Kong. We started our travels in Hong Kong then proceed to Taiwan and back to Hong Kong, straight back to Shenzhen and now back in Hong Kong *sounds confusing* but we hardly use any money except when we were in Disneyland. That's all. We were well taken care of and we have roof over our heads and beds to sleep on. The apartment was kinda run down, the one that we stayed in on our first few days but it was better than spending our money on hotels. I'm not that luxurious hotel type of person.
I didn't realize that things in Hong Kong has such pumped up prices until when we were going in to Hong Kong again and we were asked to bring in two combs of bananas~! Bananas??!! Hong Kong no bananas meh? Oooo.... bananas in Hong Kong expensive but.... but....
The cigarettes were cheap? We bought cigarettes from the moment we walked out of customs check. Because we were only allowed 19 sticks of cigarette per person, we had to abandon 1 stick from each pack. I don't smoke. Mi madre doesn't smoke. We bought the cigarettes for first uncle and the bananas were meant for first aunt. This trip now we were going to bunk at first aunt's house. The initial plan was to bunk at her house but someone who dislike ALL of us spoiled our plan but all went well at the end of the day.
