This is the shrimp-egg noodles fried with abalone sauce. Tasted nice in my mouth... something I have not tasted before so should be good I guess.
That's chicken with winter melon soup. Can't get bored with the soup. The only repeat dish I cooked is the soup. The rest like chicken, fish and prawns, NO WAY! I'll always find some new recipes... some from China.
Don't have to fly to China to get the recipes... use the modern technology of Internet connection!
