As a Christian, we have access to God 24 hours a day, at any moment, at any minute. We have such a close righteous relationship with God, that regardless of where we are or what we are doing, we are in fellowship and contact with our Lord. If we want to have the abundant life that Jesus Christ came to offer us, then it is essential for us to prayerfully expel the negative emotions out of our mind - fear, suspicion, distrust, hate, jealousy, bitterness, insecurity and self-pity. Jesus has the power to release us from these destructice emotions and replace them with love, courage, faith, hope, good humour, cheer, optimism, enthusiasm and self-confidence.
