To every effect there is always a cause. We call it the cause and effect principle. As you cause yourself to delight in the Lord and His Word, all sorts of precious blessings are set in motion. But his delight is in the lawo f the Lord,
and on his law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither.
Whatever he does prospers.
Whatever he does prospers.
[Psalm 1:2-3]
Notice the effect of his delight...They are more precious than gold,
than much pure gold;
they are sweeter than honey,
than honey from the comb.
[Psalm 19:10]
The process involved in his delight:
- Vibrant growth - he shall be like a tree firmly planted by the streams of water.
- Abundantly fruitful - ready to bring forth his fruit in its season.
- Stability - his leaf shall not fade or wither. He is a person of all seasons and can handle life's varieties with spiritual maturity.
- Prosperity - And everything he does shall prosper. When we delight in God's Word we certainly see many precious results.
Prosper = to succeed, to thrive, to do well and to flourish, and that is what God wants YOU to do~!
~ The solution to mind pollution is to memorise God's Word ~

I got the same message this morning and as I was searching for graphics to put into my journal, I happened to see your post.
It's interesting how we get the same message at a different point in our lives.
May you be blessed each day that you seek the Lord....
May you continue to prosper as you delight in the ways of the Lord.

Blessings! Just happened to see your blog while I was browsing for a river with trees that would describe Ps 1...
It's interesting to know how we got the same message at different points in our lives.
May you continue to prosper as you continue to meditate on God's love..
