The word 'magnify' means to enlarge, increase, make bigger.And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God...[Colossians 1:10]
David is encouraging us to expand and increase our knowledge and understanding of the Lord. To make Him the most prominent person in our life.
- The deep desire of a committed Christian it to exalt the Lord.
- More about Jesus would I know. Those who have a rejoicing spirit, always want to magnify the Lord.
There are three simple rules which if you will hold them, you will never write 'backslider' after your name.
- Take 15 minutes each day to listen to God talk to you.
- Take 15 minutes each day to talk to God
- Take 15 minutes each day to talk to others about God
