Gallus domesticus...

It's my first time holding a chicken head and looking at it thoroughly. I was thinking of roasting the whole chicken together with the head to see how it will come out to be. Look at that ear. It looks like the human ear but without the pinna.. no ear lobes. And the eyes were so different from that of a fish's eyes. I'm not playing with food it's not food yet until I have cooked it. I'm experimenting on the head, take this is biology lesson.

Ooohhh... a puppet whole chicken. I'm into roasting chicken on Tuesdays for the fun of it. We can sit in front of the electric oven to see the chicken turning on the skewer... entertaining, right? The chicken will be dripping with fats... ahhh... I 'heart' chicken...
