My Shoe World... *shucks*

For these coming two months, November and December, I'm planning to redesign my entire house. Upgrade the whole house and get it to look like my dream house. The shoe problem has been settled with the help of my two kids. By the way, my eldest will be working this holiday *sigh* and the youngest, I don't expect her to help me clean the house as she needs 200% supervision which by the time I use my energy to supervise her, might as well, I save the energy to do it myself.
See that Jenga stack of shoe boxes? I wonder how I manage to have such collection of shoes when shoes ain't my first love? My first love is books, followed by jewelries and thirdly... clothes. Where did all those shoes come about? I totally have no idea where they come from. Probably from the shoe stores... duh~ *rolling eyes*
Do you know how much I hate wearing heels? Heels that go clicking on the tiles and cemented floors. I always have the feeling that one day, I might trip over my own foot and kiss the floor. I have to wear heels to match my dresses and skirts. Dresses and skirts just don't go along well with a pair of trainers. I prefer the stripy heels that makes them look extremely complicated... well, I guess I'm a complicated person so it shows on my footwear.
Oh, oh... my trainer shoes... shoes for badminton, shoes for gym, shoes for hiking, shoes for walking and shoes for comfort. They're just so comfortable to be in... imagine walking for hours and hours in the streets without having your skin peeling like those of potatoes. Mine is worse as I have tofu sole, they peel off faster than you can peel your banana.
Flip flops... yay~! Got the blue seahorse flip flops. Got that for free after spending a small amount on those heels. Crocs rubber shoes... I like.. ugly yet comfortable. Skechers also I like, beautiful yet uncomfortable... sorry to say that. Really give me blisters when I was in the Lion City. Then, I have my beach flip flops. The one I like are those two in the middle. Anything which is pink in colour attracts my attention really well. The next will be the comfort that brings to my feet. Price is not such a big issue.
Sad to say, nowadays, the quality of shoes has been compromised even though the price is rather expensive. Nothing lasts longer than a year. Either you wear it until it snaps or keep it and still it will snap. Welcome to the business world... repeat sales, demand increases, production floods the market, you can find shoes everywhere...

Characteristics of Divine Wisdom...[172]

But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.
[James 3:17]
The SEVEN fruits of divine wisdom on display in the above passage.
  1. PURE. The primary fruit of divine wisdom is purity. Purity also carries with it a peculiar promise. But the Bible also teachers that no man has seen God. No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known. [John 1:18] Jesus meant that the pure in heart will know God so intimately that they will see him come to their rescue when tempted or come alongside as their closest friend when facing trials. Purity clears our vision to see him in everything we do.

  2. PEACE-LOVING. We are prone to quarrel by nature but when wisdom from above fills our heart, a peaceable nature blossoms, one that helps heal relationships rather than tear them apart. None of us are peaceful by nature.
  3. GENTLE (CONSIDERATE). Gentle means equitable, faith or moderate. TOLERANT would be better but even it falls short.
He knows how to forgive when strict justice gives him a perfect right to condemn. He knows how to make allowances, when not to stand upon the rights, how to temper justice with mercy, always remembers that there are greater things in the world than rules and regulations. ~ William Barclay~

  4. SUBMISSIVE. "Easily persuaded". It's the opposite of being stubborn and obstinate. Reflected by those who are open, conciliatory and easy to work with.

  5. FULL OF MERCY AND GOOD FRUIT. The natural wisdom we inherit from our sin nature is full of distrust, suspicions, scorn and harshness, especially toward the sufferings of others. The wisdom that comes down from above, however, reacts to suffering with mercy and good fruits. Mercy is the compassionate attitude, and good fruits are actions that naturally flow from mercy.

  6. IMPARTIAL (UNWAVERING). "A person with fixed principles". Unwavering believers faithfully adhere to the principles in God's Word regardless of the circumstance. "When in Rome, do as the Romans do" but this individual lives under the precept, "When in Rome, do as the believer should do". Coupled with an unwavering fidelity to truth, this individual is decisive, one who is not afraid to make decisions based on Scriptures.

  7. SINCERE (WITHOUT HYPOCRISY). Hypocrite means anyone who wears masks, who pretends to be someone he or she is not. True wisdom is never two-faced or deceptive. It is completely and simply honest.

The Result of True Wisdom...

Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness. [James 3:18]

Nothing is more barren and desolate than the Libyan Desert - except the human heart apart from God. But as rain gives life to the desert, so can God cultivates a garden of divine wisdom in us through the living water of his Holy Spirit.

Dinner For Schmucks...

A good one. The highlight of the movie is where the rich gather the idiots, or I'll describe them as highly talented people, to laugh at them over dinner. It's just like having Jester in the Courts. Just like everyone else who laughs at other people's queer behaviour. They're not stupid. They're just different. They're special. In this world, nobody is 100% normal. Everyone has their own trademark of peculiarities.

At least in this movie, one of the rich men, portrays himself as a humble person. A man who knows it is wrong to laugh at others' predicaments. Two thumbs up for 'Dinner for Schmucks'.

Busy...

Two major public exams are over. The primary level and the lower secondary. Things are starting earlier this year. The few who wanted to study, continue on with next year's syllable. That's kinda early to start as I thought they might want a break after burning the midnight oil. A bunch of procrastinators and I can't blame them for being that way. It's more like a trend now with the modern kids. But these few learnt their lessons and wanted a change in their lives. I pray that they will be able to hang on for another two years as workload will come in piles when the school year starts next year.

I, myself, am a procrastinator, too. Putting away everything till the very last minute only then I can find the kick to finish up something, if that thing is important.

The study of book of James will continue. Same goes for the Donkey Wisdom. I'm not in the mood to write anything for the time being. Will have a little bit of update here and there. There's nothing much going on until next month. I can't wait for the November and December trips.

Donkey Wisdom: Of Life and Forgiveness...

"Life is a miracle only if you believe. Nothing else matters till you forgive."

Donkey, just a couple of days back, you have had your compassionate *I assume* heart devoured by the worldly beasts. Now, you have your mind devoured by vultures? Is that how you term life? That it is only a miracle only if one believes it is a miracle?
"Life IS a miracle NOT only if you believe. Life is a miracle whether you believe it or not. Nothing else matters till you have love in your life."
Whether you choose to believe it or not, the formation of life itself is a miracle. From the start when the brain starts to develop in the mother's womb and the very first heartbeat... that itself is a miracle.God gave each and every one of us the breath of life. That is also the testimony of life as a miracle.
Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
[Colossians 3:13]

My donkey dear, did you just swallow a bomb into your belly? Forgiveness is something you do not have at all. Remember this in mind, what you did that night with just two clicks, you have sold yourself away. In every wrong things that Monkey did, Monkey apologized profusely because there were things Monkey couldn't help it, especially having impatience, mood swings and temper that is equivalent to Donkey's. Donkey, on the other hand, out of anger with an air of supremacy, did something that was irreversible.

"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

[Luke 6:37]

Remember this in life, while you're holding the position as a founder and chairman for a mammoth foundation for special needs children, that nite itself you have hurt a person with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. Donkey, are you fit to hold on to that post after what you have done? You fail, Donkey. You fail to uphold your position as a man who cares. You've fail to keep the motto of your own foundation. Is it only for children who go to you that you will show how much you care? If your answer is yes, think again, every child will grow up to be an adult. You fail to show yourself compassionate towards an adult who suffers from ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. Donkey, in ten years time, the children will grow up, they might walk pass you in the streets or stand right next to you in an open area, yet you will not even give them a nod of acknowledgement because YOU DON'T CARE and you don't even recognize them because you have never taught them before, passing the buck to the young teachers and collecting monthly green bucks to fill your fat pockets. If you insist that you neither fail nor succeed in life, as all of us are only in transition, let it be known to you that while in transition, you have lost your way, faltered along the journey, got back up and went the wrong way. You hurt someone you shouldn't.

For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

[Matthew 6:14-15]

If it's anybody normal, even so, you shouldn't do what you did, but you've hurt a person of which your foundation partially stands for. Ask yourself this Donkey, every child that you have, you do it with love or for their money? What love do you have for them when you've just conducted yourself as one without forgiveness and mercy to someone with ADHD, the very subject that you're 'preaching' and lecturing. Bipolar Disorder is not in your context, but they come in package, like it or not, as an uninvited visitor who overstayed. You're just a dyslexic, so mild compared to ADHD and Bipolar and far away from autism and Asperger.

And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins."
[Mark 11:25]

All those are forgiveness, Donkey. And above all...

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. [John 13:34]

PS. Donkey Wisdom is created not to seek revenge, neither is it created to offend any of you readers nor to hurt anyone emotionally. Donkey Wisdom is created as a mirror to check oneself if one has been off balance. If you're angry after reading this, it strikes a chord in your heart, it's still not too late to make a U-turn in life. Donkey Wisdom is for the writer to sharpen her sword of the Spirit.

Donkey Wisdom: Self-Reliance...

‎"Too many children, Too little time, All of potential, I must try." Inspired from all the children met recently across different states....

I wept for the children after looking at that statement. Donkey, I've always respected you for your professionalism. I thought you are different from your constant reminder of the motto of your foundation. Why are you studying the children like you're reading from your textbooks? This is the seventh year you're in the very core of your life, why are you not making any difference? Aren't you familiar with this....?

"No one has the right to judge us...
because no one really knows
what we have been through.
They may have heard about our stories...
but they never did once felt
what we felt."

You're not even like them, Donkey. With you own understanding, there's bound to be mistakes. Mistakes that you know very well you will never admit in future. Don't try it according to what you've studied. Please don't, Donkey :'( Please... I've never plead so much to you in my life, I'm pleading with you now. Don't do it with your own understanding. You never understand anyone and you have no love for kids.

But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

[Luke 18:16]

They're special. Special in every way. You know that, deep down in your heart, donkey... where's your heart? Eaten by the things of the world? How can you try to find their potential? God made them and only God knows the very core of their heart. Why do you want to try to be God? Why DONKEY? WHY~!!! Why can't you just let God be God and you step down from the throne which doesn't belong to you? Why do you have to oppress them this way? You only assess them from time to time but you've never teach them and nurture them yourself. Not even once~!

The LORD abhors dishonest scales,
but accurate weights are his delight.
[Proverbs 11:1]

I plead with you Donkey, on my knees, don't just assess them. Don't just sit in front of your lappie and do the paperwork. I plead with you that you be a teacher and spend the whole day's class for 5 days a week for 3 months. Three solid months. I know you have the money to hire many teachers but please, do it yourself for once. The children are not your white lab mice to be assessed. You know it in your stony heart that a child is not to be assessed and penned down on papers to be kept in files~! You know that DONKEY~!!! God never made humans to be assessed and read like a book. You're not sowing seeds across the continents. You're reaping a harvest that shouldn't be there in the first place. You're oppressing them.

Unless the LORD builds the house,
its builders labor in vain.
Unless the LORD watches over the city,
the watchmen stand guard in vain.
[Psalm 127:1]

Which part of that verse that you do not understand, Donkey? If you really want to make a difference in this world, instead of difficulties, walk the talk. Why don't you use your intellect and pray powerful prayers for the children... for God to use you mightily and make a difference for the children who are so precious to God. You CANNOT try on your own accord to recognize their potentials when you have such little time. Prayer changes situation. Through prayer, God will speak to you and reveal what need to be known, the areas that needed sharpening and their hurts and pains for not being able to express themselves.

Love them for who they are, Donkey. They're not subjects of your studies.
I'm very disappointed in you. Very very disappointed. Even with the Donkey Wisdom, I still have a little bit of respect for you after what you did, but now even that little bit has vanished.

The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
[James 5:16]

From this day onwards, I will pray for the very foundation that you're standing to shake as it has never shaken before. Donkey, if there's really God in your heart, you surely know how prayer works. In ways that no one can comprehend, not even you with the highest level of academic achievement.

Do you remember the question I asked you about what will happen to them when they're adults? Every single child in your foundation, have not reach the level of adulthood. You do not know whether your assessment for them now is correct or incorrect. Prayers can move mountains. I've experienced it in my life countless times, I will do it again and I've started. You're the mountain now...

For the love of God, acknowledging Jesus as His son, write this on your wall... and practice it...

"By God's wisdom, my Sovereign Lord, may He leads me to guide the children in accordance to His Will Be Done on Earth as it is in heaven. Amen."

By writing this on your wall, you're acknowledging God's Lordship over your foundation and over the every fibre of your body and see God moves. It will not turn your foundation into Christian-based as you're so afraid of that. It is about your own personal pledge and dedication of your foundation to the Lord, if what you told me is true. If it's just mere lies, be prepared.

The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice. [Proverbs 12:15]

Alpha and Omega...

Wednesday. Movie day. Ran off to the cinema in between working hours. I have always like watching cartoons by Disney Dreamwork, Pixar and this one by Crest Animation.
Kate, the she-wolf, is from the Alpha pack. The pack of leaders which rule the valley where the caribous make it their habitat. Humphrey, the he-wolf, is from the Omega pack. The common class wolf. It's like a royalty and a commoner. Both the cute wolves aren't suppose to howl together. They ended up in a long journey home together after being captured by the rangers to be shifted to another National Park.
Sheesh... I don't usually write movie reviews. It's better to go watch for yourself. You'll enjoy it even more.
Happy ending. Worth watching. I don't really care about the story line in a cartoon but as long as I don't fall asleep and the graphics are totally awesome, then I'm able to enjoy the whole movie. I'm still wondering how did manage to fall asleep watching 'Igor'.

Dedicated to Donkey...

"If I testify about myself, my testimony is not valid. There is another who testifies in my favor, and I know that his testimony about me is valid.

"You have sent to John and he has testified to the truth. Not that I accept human testimony; but I mention it that you may be saved. John was a lamp that burned and gave light, and you chose for a time to enjoy his light.

"I have testimony weightier than that of John. For the very work that the Father has given me to finish, and which I am doing, testifies that the Father has sent me. And the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me. You have never heard his voice nor seen his form, nor does his word dwell in you, for you do not believe the one he sent. You diligently study the Scriptures because you think that by them you possess eternal life. These are the Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life.

"I do not accept praise from men, but I know you. I know that you do not have the love of God in your hearts. I have come in my Father's name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him. How can you believe if you accept praise from one another, yet make no effort to obtain the praise that comes from the only God?
"But do not think I will accuse you before the Father. Your accuser is Moses, on whom your hopes are set. If you believed Moses, you would believe me, for he wrote about me. But since you do not believe what he wrote, how are you going to believe what I say?"
[John 5:31-47]

The Wise, The Unwise and The Otherwise...[171]

~ A tree is best measured when it's down ~
It describes a truth about all of our lives. Only after death can we begin to measure the impact of a life.

As is true of all valuable possessions wisdom has its counterfeits.

Divine Wisdom: Genuine
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.
[James 3:13]

'Good life' means to change or return to the truth. A wise person is someone whose life is changing in accordance with the truth of God's Word.

'Deed' or 'gentle deeds' is what people tend to associate with being a jellyfish - something spineless and spiritless. Gentleness means bringing a high-spirited horse under control. The spirit and strength of the horse wasn't lost, simply harnessed or controlled. Gentleness also referred to a brilliant teacher who could debate others without getting angry or a soothing medicine that brought comfort to a painful wound.

The qualifications for being wise have nothing to do with your I.Q. or your ability to pack away facts or your impressive eloquence. The test of wisdom is a life that is patterned after the truth and is under control.

Human Wisdom: Counterfeit

But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts...
[James 3:14a]

People often confuse jealousy with its evil twin, envy. The difference?
Envy begins with empty hands and mourns for what it does not have.
Jealousy begins with full hands but is threatened by the thought of losing what it possesses.
An unwise person is someone who tends to be suspicious, resistant and given to rivalry.
Selfish ambition is the desire to be seen, quoted and respected.

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: "The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat. So you must obey them and do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. They tie up heavy loads and put them on men's shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.
"Everything they do is done for men to see: They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments long; they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; they love to be greeted in the marketplaces and to have men call them 'Rabbi.'

[Matthew 23:1-7]

It is the motive that drive people to push themselves to the top.

It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill.
[Philippians 1:15]
The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains.
[Philippians 1:17]

These men hungered for the prominence of position, not for gentleness and good behaviour. The wise, however, allow God to open doors instead of trying to force them to open themselves.
Characteristics of False Wisdom

...do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil.
[James 3:14b-15]
  • Arrogant - rationalizing your own sins or even boasting that the end justifies the means, that the bad down wasn't all that bad or that everybody does it.

  • Lying against the truth - the natural tendency of human wisdom is not simply to ignore or dodge the truth; it is to lie against it... 'a defiance of truth'

  • Has earthly origin - it views everything from a strictly horizontal perspective: earthly success, earthly standard, earthly motives, earthly attitudes, earthly methods, earthly everything~!

  • It is natural - fleshly, not related to the Spirit of God. Denotes a wisdom whose vision is limited to things temporal, not eternal.
  • It is also demonic - a mindset characteristic of demons. They are brilliant and know a great deal - even about God - but there is no change, no obedience and no yielding of self to God.

When a life is out of step with Scripture, there will eventually be a manipulation of the truth to justify following a drumbeat different from God's. The result is self-deception. It's like getting the first wall up on a new home and suddenly realizing that your measurements are wrong. But instead of admitting the mistake, you design a new ruler to fit the inaccurate measurements of the first wall. The entire house ends up a crooked disaster.

Result of False Wisdom

For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. [James 3:16]

Disorder means more than just confusion. It means disharmony, antagonism and the absence of unity and stability. When a teaching results in rivalry rather than building up in love, it is NOT wisdom from above.

When human wisdom is taught, it lifts the lid on all sorts of worthless, petty, evil things. Like Pandora's box, the human heart is home to a haunting array of sinful thoughts.

He went on: "What comes out of a man is what makes him 'unclean.' For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make a man 'unclean.' " [Mark 7:20-23]

Waking Up Every Morning...

It is by the grace of God that all of us are able to wake up every morning without fail. For one week, I managed to jump out of bed, energetic and headed straight to the gym. That was only for one week. Then, now I'm back to my normal waking up routine. That is waking up one hour later than the usual time. I have to set it that because if I set it an hour later, I'll need another hour and I'll be extremely late for work. I just enjoy sleeping in my huge bed, snuggle under the comforter, surrounded by my soft toys.
If I'm not working, then getting up is the most difficult thing to do. I'll wake up and then roll back and the next thing I know, another couple of hours gone. Then get myself up again and then slump back into the large pillow and half the day is gone, waking up straight into lunch time. The best I ever did was waking up at dinner time.
There's so much to do every time. Lots of things to read. Writing and preparing work sheet. It's never ending. I wish I have a Hobbes accompanying me in doing everything. With Hobbes around, I think I'll be talking to myself. How come they don't sell Hobbes in the market as a soft toy?

A Prayer For Donkey...

Father Lord, thank you for giving me the opportunity to know donkey. Lord, I thank you for knowing donkey not as a colleague, wife or slave but knowing donkey as who and what it is. After reading the newspaper about the death of so many in an express bus, Lord, I pray for your mercy to be upon my dear donkey. I pray for journey mercies wherever it travels to, Lord. Send your angels to protect donkey when donkey's on a bus, a plane or even when it's walking on the streets. Lord, in all your power and might, plant a seed of fear in donkey, the fear of the Lord, give donkey the realisation that as a frequent traveller, donkey's life may be snuff out of its body within seconds. Lord, keep donkey safe and alive or else the Donkey Wisdom that I use to sharpen my sword of the Spirit could not be continued anymore. No matter how evil and loveless donkey is, you love donkey all the same as You have created all animals in this world and it includes the donkey. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.

PS. Donkey, do you know how to bray an Amen? I've never heard you say one.

Sleepy Movies...

I don't sleep in cinemas but when I do, it only shows one thing. The movie was too boring thus, it failed to keep me awake instead, it sent me all the way to dreamland. The first cartoon that I slept all the way through until I woke up to a happy ending was the movie Igor. Igor was uglier than Hunchback of Notre Dame, the story line was okay but the whole thing was the least exciting.
The second movie which Pinky and I fall asleep in the cinema was Up in The Air by George Clooney. I have been watching George Clooney in ER and also Ocean 13. The characters played by George was one of a lonely man. In ER, he couldn't even keep a relationship with one of the staff nurses in the hospital. Now, in Up in the Air, his life was so lonely as he flew all around the place to work, met a lady, fall in love with her, ended single again as she was a married woman. What a sad, lonely movie and a rather slow movie.
I was deceived by the movie poster. By looking at the poster, it looked like a crime-thriller movie, action packed as it was for 18 years and above. The start of the movie was adrenaline pumping with gunshots and he killed his girlfriend, then it became so slow, he went to a sleepy town to keep his profile low from hitmen. This movie shows the life of a gun maker and a burnt out hitman who wanted a new life, but he failed to achieve that and he ended up dead. I ended up dozing off so many times the only time I jumped wide awake was when he dropped his book on the floor with a loud thud, when the girl shot herself in her eye and when he got shot by his boss.

Ahhh... what a good movie review I write as I seldom write movie reviews. I'm not gonna watch another movie by George Clooney but I don't mind watching Nicolas Cage even though he hardly talks in the movie like in this movie...
and I'm a big fan of Bruce Willis... I can't wait for 'The RED-Movie' to be screened in the cinema.

Donkey Wisdom: Knowledge...

Closing a chapter in life today may bring forth a new book of knowledge tomorrow

In standard English, what you read is what you perceive. Closing a chapter in life comes with opening another new chapter. In most situations, the old chapters in life may be unpleasant to go through but to some, it has been a good chapter with bumpy experiences but worth living for. A new chapter must be opened to bring one to a greater level in life. The closing of the chapter might even lead to a totally new life but there is no guarantee that the new book will contain what you have in mind. It is a journey to pursuit the goals in life and to achieve that, one must move forward instead of backwards or stay stagnant in one corner. Men can plan the story line in the new book but it is the Sovereign God, our Creator who maps out the events and determines how the story goes.

Now, let's look at the modal 'may' from the statement made by donkey above. 'May' indicates a possibility. It is possible that knowledge is achieved yet, at the same time, we might not achieve the knowledge that we ought to receive. In general, acquiring knowledge is good. For example, donkey is a high achiever with multiple degrees and donkey has even reached the highest level in education with a permanent head damage. God does mention about knowledge...

Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.
[1 Corinthians 8:1]
Knowledge puffs up one's mind when there is no love in a person. At the end of the road, the knowledge that enlarges the brain, pumps up the self-esteem, inflates the pride, balloons up the ego and removes the love of God from the inside out will make one being resisted by God. The only love donkey has is the love for those who worship the very ground it walks on. Where every philosophical phrase that comes from the wisdom of the donkey, becomes rhema words to those who worship the donkey. Donkey glorifies itself rather than glorifies God and have others glorify God.

The only knowledge that is the most precious that everyone should pursuit is the knowledge of God.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge.
[Proverbs 1:7]

No matter how much knowledge you gain through studies and experience, you will never be wiser than God.

Do not deceive yourselves. If any one of you thinks he is wise by the standards of this age, he should become a "fool" so that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God's sight. As it is written: "He catches the wise in their craftiness"; and again, "The Lord knows that the thoughts of the wise are futile." So then, no more boasting about men!
[1 Corinthians 3:18-21]
The donkey should be familiar with 'The Parable of the Sower'...

"A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown. He who has ears, let him hear."
[Matthew 13:3-9]

"Listen then to what the parable of the sower means: When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path. The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy. But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away. The one who received the seed that fell among the thorns is the man who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke it, making it unfruitful. But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."

[Matthew 13:18-23]
