We spend a great deal of time controlling what we put into our physical body, knowing what we feed into our body has a great deal to do with our present and future health. Choose and feed our mind and spirit that which is very best. Just as we taste and test food by putting it in our mouth and letting the taste buds indicate whether it tastes good or tastes awful, so we should also have the same discerning approach to what we let into our ears and mind.
