- To reveal God No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known. [John 1:18]
- To bridge the chasm between God and man For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus [1 Timothy 2:5]
- To save men Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. [Hebrews 2:14-15]
- To rescue the whole creation For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. [Romans 8:19-21]
The result of denying the Deity of Christ and the virgin birth will mean that you will be a lost sinner still as salvation is closely linked to this doctrine of the virgin birth.
