When we nourish ourselves, God's way, we 'flourish'. 
Flourish = to grow vigorously, to thrive, to prosper, to bloom, to increase and enlarge.
They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green.[Psalm 92:14]
God wants our lives to be vital in every area.
The house of the wicked will be destroyed,
but the tent of the upright will flourish.
[Proverbs 14:11]
In his days the righteous will flourish,
prosperity will abound till the moon is no more.
[Psalm 72:7]
