Wan Than Mee... My all time favourite. Am never bored with wan than mee. Ask most of the Penangnites, if we have nothing in mind of what to eat, we will automatically order a plate of wan than noodles. Egg noodles tossed in dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, a dash or two of pepper and a few drops of sesame oil. A little bowl of dumpling soup makes it a perfect meal for kids and adults alike. Usually you'll be give 2-3 miserable dumplings so I wrapped the dumplings myself. Just buy some minced meat then marinate it. Get the dumpling skin as well. Ta da~! I wrapped at least 50 dumplings in less than 15 minutes. I was thinking of giving 3 dumplings for each one but since there's so much and it's home made, I put 10 in each persons bowl. I made two rounds of that in 30 minutes. It took less than 2 minutes for the dumplings to re-surfaced in the soup then I know it's ready to be served. I used to ask how to know when the dumplings will be cooked but never get any answers. Learning through experience :D That's the usual plate that most people will order. The dry and thin egg noodles... but I prefer this... A plate of broad egg noodles with my home made red roasted pork slices. Something's wrong with the taste of char siew but I can't point my finger at what's the problem. Since I can't identify the problem, I will not be able to rectify the problem. Those who eat do not know what's wrong as well but the taste ain't right. I can't understand why do some people prefer the soupy egg noodles. My precious has always like hers done this way. She ordered it in coffee shops so I give her what she wanted.

I have been surfing online more than 3 hours as of late, but I by no means found any attention-grabbing
article like yours. It's pretty worth sufficient for me.
In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent content material as you probably did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
