Indian doesn't sound right. It's actually mamak (Indian-muslim) fried noodles. You can't find it anywhere else except in Malaysia. The best fried noodles used to be in Bangkok Lane. It shifted and I don't know where is it. It's okay already since I know how to fry it to almost 99% of the taste. Completely satisfied.
I feel like changing my job to become a hawker or maybe set up a cafe but then after I imagine of the hardwork in preparing the food everyday, I guess I better not do something that I will regret later. I already have very little free time, if I venture into food business, I'll be tied to the work day in and day out. That is what I will call having no life at all.
