Russian Affair...

Awesome omelette. Usually I'll make an omelette either with tuna and crab meat sticks or just plainly with onions. This time round my omelette has more than onions. It's with ham and Cheddar cheese. Fish baked in Moscow way. Added with hard-boiled eggs cut into thin slices. My thin slices turned up completely smashed. Then, there's potatoes. Abalone mushroom. Sour cream and cheese give out the taste. Marinated the dory fillet with soy sauce and pepper.

Trying out Russian dishes this week. If I can't be in Russia, I can probably whip Russia out from my kitchen.
