The moment I saw my burger leaking with cheese, I was jumping for joy. I can even dance like Happy Feet in the kitchen. It's leaking... it's leaking... it's leaking... I'm trying to make it spurt to the face... but I guess that's way too impossible. 
Muahahaha... so this is the revised and improved and successful McJu's Cordon Bleu Chicken Burger with Yevreysky Salat (Jewish Salad)... *grinning like a Cheshire cat* 
but then I lose my appetite with those burgers after making so many. I made 14 burgers today... made 7 yesterday and I still have a few patties left in the freezer. Whatever it is, I'm still very happy that the burger oozes out cheese...
